The following rules must be followed when placing bets on nnokbet:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, if the cash-out option is available, you may close the bet early.
• Odds displayed on nnokbet are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50; the maximum bet varies by event.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or has an undetermined result, the full stake will be refunded.
• Nnokbet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to erroneous odds or technical errors.
• Placing bets on the same match with the same outcome from multiple accounts will be treated as match-fixing.

In live betting, odds change in real time. nnokbet is not liable for any discrepancies caused by network delays.

The rules governing financial transactions are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (Mobile Pay / Nagad).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 5–15 minutes; up to 24 hours for larger amounts.
• Try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. Using a different method may require additional verification.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• To prevent money laundering, nnokbet reserves the right to carry out KYC verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirement must be met first.

The following general terms apply to all nnokbet bonus and promotion offers:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies exclusively to the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a set timeframe. If the requirement is not met before the deadline, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts sharing the same household or IP address is not allowed.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk bets (such as betting on both sides) solely to meet wagering requirements may result in your bonus being voided.
• Nnokbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nnokbet, and any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members or unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Contacting the support team or other members using abusive or threatening language.

Nnokbet believes betting should be a form of entertainment. The wellbeing and mental health of our members are our top priority.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can temporarily suspend your account (anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months) if needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Once requested, it cannot be reversed before the previously set period has ended.
